We provide international traced shipping service. Please note that each of the handcrafted products is unique and may slightly vary from website images. We will make sure to only deliver perfections to our customers.
In-stock products will be shipping out in 1-3 days; pre-order products take 30-40 days of production and will be shipping out immediately after production. A pick-up notification will be sent to the registered contact method(s) when the order is ready.

Local customers may choose to pick up your parcel at our store or have the parcel mailed by HK Post or SF Express.

Each product is packaged in recycled velvet bag / wooden box and cardboard packaging. All products cannot be refunded. Items can only be returned if there is a maker's fault - please contact us via pamycarie@gmail.com if you have any problems with the item within 3 days after you have received it.
